Resort Spa & Travel TV, LLC, headquartered in Fairfield, CT, is a privately held company established in May 2005.  RST TV promotes resort, spa and travel destinations on its video on demand programming channel. Year one reach: 100 million potential viewers.

RST TV launched in February 2007 on MyLibraryDV with over 60  travel videos and curently reaches approximately 12m potential viewers. RST TV is in the process of launching on several major Internet TV platforms.

Kathryn N. Strachan, Founder & CEO, is also the founder of FitnessOnDemandTV, LLC a video on demand fitness channel available on Akimbo and AT&T Homezone -  Internet to TV broadband service providers.  Kathryn is a former cable TV network business development, sales, marketing and distribution executive with NBC Cable, CBS/Viacom, inDemand PPV (formerly Request TV).

The company is currently working on a consumer web site for distribution of the destination videos and is pursuing additional distribution outlets.
